Edwardian with a Twist

One of the most fashionable and coveted hotel rooms in London at the moment is the recently opened Rosewood London. Inaugurated Fall 2013 at a cost of £85 million, the stately property was designed by architect Tony Chi, incorporating a perfect blend of Edwardian elegance and contemporary edginess.

Occupying a neoclassical building dating back to 1914 near Covent Garden, the hotel offers jet-setters the option to choose from 306 rooms and suites with delightful elements such as Etro throws and Czech & Speake toiletries.

The Rosewood London also has several bars and restaurants, including the Holborn Dining room - a well-appointed sit-down culinary venue where diners can discover the heritage of British cuisine (yes, there is such a thing).
