New York City's Paul & Jimmy's Ristorante has been a staple in the Gramercy neighborhood for over 64 years, where three generations of the same family have served traditional Italian dishes for some of the city's most illustrious personalities in an understated and relaxed setting.
This week, the restaurant launched its own pasta sauce line, comprised of three varieties. Sold in select regional supermakets and on their online store, the sauces bring a taste of this beloved culinary institution to kitchens everywhere. Our favorite variety? The Filetto di Pomodoro, which is made with imported pancetta, prosciutto di parma, spanish onions, italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and bay leaf.
