Melting in the Sun

Food & Wine magazine researchers must have a serious case of cabin fever. The crazies over at the FWx (Food & Wine magazine’s experimental labs) have been playing around with new and innovative kitchen tools and documenting the process with wacky videos for a web miniseries. The first project filmed was the highly scientific test of Searzall – an industrial-grade blow torch.
