Dinner Lab is a membership-based program that arranges unique pop up dining experiences featuring emerging culinary talent.
With events in a number of cities across the country including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New Orleans, the program gives chefs a stage where they are encouraged to tell a story that speaks to their culinary technique, background or heritage.
Members are also very engaged. Guests are not only asked to enjoy and meet other food-lovers but are also strongly advised to provide feedback on the menu, which oftentimes features dishes the chef has been excited to test.
The pop ups never hosts a dinner at the same space twice and has a rule against hosting the events at restaurants. Think rooftops, motorcycle garages, and abandoned buildings.
